Eye Shadow Dip brush into powder, then use the lid to disperse and remove any excess powder before applying to the face.
Apply the powder on the eyelid with a chisel fluff brush (Shadow Brush). Tip: if you have dry skin you might want to apply a base or foundation on the lid for a long lasting application.
Eyeliner Dip the angled taklon brush into Colorloc Gel and mix the two together then apply a thin line close to the eyelash.
Lipstick Take clear gloss and a lip brush, choose desired color and mix together then apply on the lips.
Hair Hi-lights With a flat brush dip into desired color and stroke it into the hair starting at the roots. Tip: Apply hair spray to keep the color. Tip: Don’t run your fingers into your hair, as it will rub off.
Bronzer Using your favorite lotion, mix a skin tone color and rub it on your shoulders or on the exposed body areas. You will have a healthy Sun Kissed look.
Here is the Final Makeover. This look took several minutes to accomplish. The best part is that once the natural shimmer powders adhere to the face with the natural oils from your skin, it will literally become water-proof. However, to simply remove it, just use soap and water. The colors used for this makeover are Shimmers # 33 for the lips, #26, #37 and #81 for the Eyes.
