currently ship to the 50 United States including Alaska and
Hawaii, APO/FPO, Canada, US territories, Post Office Boxes
or internationally.
We
offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on merchandise orders of $50
or more (see terms and conditions) with the exception of shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Internationally and expedited,
bulk and wholesale orders.
Glittergaloreandmore
is not responsible for any items not insured. Delivery confirmation
is included in the shipping. All orders will ship within 1-3
business days.
Terms
and conditions
FREE
Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more.
* Offer valid on orders of $50 or more of merchandise (excluding
taxes, gift wrapping and similar charges).
* All items must ship together including back-orders.
* Applies only for standard ground shipping.
* Entire order must be shipped to a single address.
* Offer not valid on previous purchases.
* Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address
in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
* Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned
merchandise and/or carrier returned packages.
* Offer not valid on out-of-stock items or cancelled merchandise.
* This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at
any time without notice.
* We reserve the right to choose the best possible carrier.
Processing
We
process and ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders
usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. We ship on Saturdays with
special requests. Saturday shipping can incur additional charges.
All charges will be confirmed with the customer prior to shipping.
Orders
placed on holidays and or weekends usually ship on the following
business day. Please note that packages do not ship on the
following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's
Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two
of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.
Please
note: Express Delivery to rural addresses may take an extra
day or two.
When
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, orders usually arrive within
two to three business days and do not qualify for free shipping.
Expedited
Shipping - (phone orders only)
Please
call customer service Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
at: 623-215-8392 before 3PM Mountain Time and we will work
with you to expedite your package(s). Extra shipping and handling
charges will apply. We will contact you for approval before
we charge your credit card.
Address Corrections
If,
for any reason, UPS corrects your shipping address they will
apply a $5.00 charge to your shipping cost which we will add
to your order. Note that we will do this independently of
our free shipping offer. If UPS returns your package to us
due to an incorrect address, customers pays all shipping costs
to re-ship customers package to corrected address or pays
for actual shipping costs of initial shipment.
Return Policy
GlitterGaloreandMore.com
accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unopened,
unused and in resalable condition merchandise less all shipping
costs. This includes the cost of free shipping if your order
was originally shipped with our free shipping offer. All samples
and gift with purchases need to be returned unused if the
entire order is being returned or the item offering the gift
with purchase is being returned. Unfortunately and without
exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items.
If
you would like to return an unused/unopened item please email
or call customer service for a Return Authorization Number
and for return/exchange information. Please have available
the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the
item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. No refund
will be given without the original receipt and all refunds
are subject to approval. All refunds will be in the form of
the original credit card used in the original transaction.
All return authorizations are valid for no more than twenty
one days. Returned merchandise must be received by our returns
department within the twenty one day time period.

Please
pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package
and send it via insured UPS or USPS as all items must be received
in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting
the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will credit the
original credit card that was used in the original transaction
minus all applicable shipping costs. No refund will be issued
until we have received the item(s). Refunds usually appear
on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles.
Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
Due
to possible product tampering GlitterGaloreandMore.com cannot
accept returns or exchanges on liquid base products. This
policy maintains strict quality control guidelines and ensures
that every product that is shipped is guaranteed 100% original
manufacturer product.
GlitterGaloreandMore.com
does not accept returns of special order or clearance sale
items.
Out
of stock items
We
update our inventory at the time of shipping, therefore if
an item is not available to ship with your order we will contact
you about shipping details via email or telephone.
Payments
We
Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders,
Cashiers Checks, Google Checkout and Personal Checks. All
checks will have to post before any order is shipped. A $20
surcharge will be charged on any returned check.
